Dragons, bears and kitties, oh my!  Here's your chance to get to know some of the residents of Poinsettia!

   Azure
Undeniably the largest citizen of Poinsettia, Azure is a towering 28-foot tall Great Dragon, and is quite the attraction at the town's newest dive, the Snake Pit.  She is also the all-time champion of the annual food-eating contests.  Generally reserved, she keeps to herself, choosing to live in a deserted castle just a couple miles from the outskirts of town.  Although she's winged, she doesn't fly to work, since the downdraft would destroy just about anything in her path.

     Belladonna
Born in Louisiana, Belladonna (Belle to her friends) met with Boomer soon after she arrived in Poinsettia.  Employed at the local fur salon, Belle never has a lack of customers.  She's been known to toss back a bunch of brews with the boys, while simultaneously beating their butts at any one of several card games. Sometimes brash, but never mean-spirited, Belladonna is also a confidante of many of the towns' females, for reasons she is unsure of herself.  Official furstylist of Melody's.
  Boomer

Born and raised in South Carolina, Boomer moved to Poinsettia to settle down.  He met his future wife there, and the couple now live a content life at the far south end of the city, on the outskirts of Brae Falls.  Chock full of down-home country wisdom, this bruin bumpkin works as a chief mechanic at the town's maintenance facility.   Generally reserved, but sporting a mean temper once riled, this hulking bear is one hayseed you wouldn't want on your bad side.
  Cerine
Originally from a small, unnamed island off the coast of Africa, Cerine is the only Komodo Dragon in Poinsettia.  Working full time at the Snake Pit (a dance club with an unusual clientele), she spends most of her free time at the lakeside, basking in the sun.  Pleasant and patient, some say she may have missed her calling as an elementary school teacher.  Whether this is in reference to her simple lifestyle, or her questionable IQ is anyone's guess.
  Chloe

Hailing all the way from the big city, Chloe found employment at Melody's within the first few hours after arriving in the little town.  Accustomed to the glitz and glamour normally so prevalent in her hometown, she is slow to get acquainted with the simpler lifestyle of her new home.  Sometimes loud, and often sporting an aggressive attitude, she is still capable of turning into a real softie, provided you know her one and only weakness.  Do you dare try?
  Diamond

Sneaky and diabolical, Diamond is one snake you do not want to step on or get in the way of.  Originally from Egypt, she is the Queen of the Snake Pit (and most folks would be wise to address her as such).  The dance club plays a lot of Techno, Trance and other hypnotic types of music (which she seems immune to).  Always the extremist, she also created the "Cobra Cocktail", a volatile drink containing cobra venom, which she personally administers to those who deserve it.
  Dixie

Coming from the distant state of Georgia, Dixie has become renowned for her culinary skills.   She enjoys brewing up concoctions for her housemates, as well as the occasional dinner treats she makes for Viper's staff.  It has also been said, by several town males, that she is quite a tasty dish herself.  Dixie works, and lives, at Melody's house, along with her older sister Trixie.  Full of Southern charm, she is polite and proper, except during business hours.
  Ebony

Quiet and sweet, Ebony is the last person one would expect to find at Melody's.  She tends to be a very deep thinker, unlike some of her housemates (who are into something that tends to be deep, but doesn't require much thought).  A talented writer of poetry and prose, Ebony longs to be able to one day write a book, or at least have a part in producing one.  Often playful and gentle, she is nevertheless sometimes avoided by other town members because of what she is.
  Echo
A native of Brae Falls (although her parents come from some tiny third-world country where the names are all but unpronounceable by anyone who speaks English), Echo is a spooky creature who generally only comes out at sunset.  Quirky and sometimes brooding, she tends to dwell on the darker side of things.  She has flirted with Ocher in the past, and even offered to "suck him dry", but the dragon declined, unsure of whether she was talking about blood or something else.  She is a close friend of both Ebony and Sugar.
  Ivory
Coming all the way from California (in more ways than one, probably), Ivory is the quintessential bunny bombshell.  Using her more-than-ample breasts and her large capacity for anything sexual, Ivory has become one of the favorites at Melody's.  Her intellect, however, is less than ample, a possible result of too much of a good thing.  Bubbly and often slow-witted, this blonde bunny is a lot of fun to be around, and simply being in her presence assures you'll get laid.  And, oftentimes, she'll be happy to screw the hell out of you for free (unless her boss is watching)!
  Jhinjer
Born in an over-populated city many miles from Poinsettia, Jhinjer moved to the smaller town shortly after retiring from the Feline Body Builder League.  A winner of numerous awards, she decided the fame and attention were too much for her to handle, and she resigned from the League.  Currently employed at the Cat House, she also works part-time at Viper's nightclub on weekends.  Although she's not one to back down from a fight, she prefers to resolve conflicts tactfully. She is not a lesbian!
  Kenya
Leaving her home in Africa in order to seek a living elsewhere, Kenya eventually found her exotic and unusual looks often drew attention from onlookers.  In a chance meeting with Melody at a local event, the fun-loving and sexually adventurous hyena decided to try out Melody's, first as a customer, then later as a part-time employee.  Thrilled with the fact she was finally able to unleash her wilder side, she decided that Melody's was definitely the place she wanted to be.
  Melody
The owner of "Melody's", a high-class brothel located at the south end of Cardinal Lake, this little raccoon is known for her flamboyance and practical jokes.  In fact, it has been rumored that her incessant teasing of Ocher may well become an official town sport at some time in the near future.  This Madame recently made waves when she decided to keep her house open twenty-four hours a day, to better accommodate any horny nocturnal breeds.
  Ocher
Standing at roughly ten feet tall, this dragon may seem rather intimidating at first.  His goofy nature, combined with his tireless quest to get laid (preferably by Violet, but beggars can't be choosers), proves that his bark is worse than his bite.  A playful individual, he prefers to avoid work whenever possible.   It has been noted, by several townsfolk, that his efforts to avoid work are often more labor-intensive than if he would actually just do the damn chores.
  Oleander
Standing nearly as tall as Ocher, this voluptuous Boa can pose a threat to smaller citizens when she embraces them.  Bubbly and good-natured, Oleander is the unofficial "bouncer" for the Snake Pit.  Her size is formidable, but the fact that she can squeeze any troublemaker like a tube of toothpaste is often enough to keep any roaming hands at bay.  Flirtatious when she wants to be, she can impress even the most seasoned spectator when she shows 'em how "deep throating" should really be done!  No complaints!
  Prizm
A pint-sized chameleon from Brooklyn, Prizm has a chip on her shoulder larger than Manhattan.  Chock full of attitude. this little beauty can rattle off more profanity than a ship full of drunken sailors.  Working as the DJ at the Snake Pit, she can often be heard giving lip to some gyrating idiot, yet never manages to miss a tasty cut on the turntables.  She can also put on quite a show by changing her skin color to compliment or contrast the lighting on the dance floor.  Don't be fooled by her head-to-toe tattoos, though.  She is a chameleon, after all.
  Spice
Sadistic and sometimes fierce, Spice Ming is the co-owner of "The Cathouse", the number-one sex-toy and lingerie shop in Brae Falls.   The rear of the shop also features a massage parlor, but we probably don't need to go there right now.  Specializing in dominatrix wear and other leather goodies, Spice likes to model what she sells, although some males can become quite intimidated by her advances.  Especially when she wears the strap-on.  Even more so if it's lubed up.
  Sugar
The fun-loving twin sister of Spice, Sugar is very nearly the complete opposite of her sister.   Known for her athletic abilities, and her drive to compete in various sports (sometimes all at the same time), Sugar is very popular with the girls and guys of Poinsettia.  Co-owner of "The Cathouse", Sugar is rarely at the store, preferring instead to be involved in some sort of sport competition.  She often plays sports with Trixie, and these games often end in predictable ways.
  Tabitha
A flirt and a tease, Tabitha (or "Tabi" to her friends) is a hard one to get a hold of.  And not just because she can run like the wind, either ("First place in Track, all four years of high school," she often likes to brag).  Currently working part-time at the Cat House, Tabitha is still a bit unsure about her choice in employment.  Of course, constant come-ons from her diminutive boss don't help any, either.  A competitive individual, she can often be found taking part in numerous sports with her friends.
  Trigger
A powerhouse Italian Draft Horse, "Trigger" (real name unknown) is the object of affection for many of Brae Falls' females.  He is a skilled carpenter and handyman, and has been known to accept "favors" in lieu of actual monetary payment.   Many of these favors have been paid by the staff of Melody's, which is probably why that house is the fanciest of all the homes in Poinsettia (with the exception of Worthington's home).  Macho and tough, Trigger stands by his friends whenever they are in peril.
  Trixie
Taller and much more aggressive than her sister, Trixie has been known to compete with Ivory for the "Slut of the Town" award.  At ease with either males or females, Trixie's sex drive is surpassed only by her obsession with sports, preferably ones that make her and her opponent hot and out of breath.  Which, come to think of it, brings us back to the sex thing.  She can often be seen trying to sneak into Ivory's room to borrow some of her "toys".
   Venus
Seductive and devilishly confusing, this brightly-colored and potentially dangerous coral snake will often have her potential partner struggling to remember the words of the rhyme "Red touches black, good for Jack.  Red touches yellow, kills a fellow".  Or is it "Red touches black, bad for Jack.  Red touches yellow, no worries fellow"?  Of course, there's really only one way to find out, and it's probably not much fun.  Employed at the Snake Pit.
  Violet
Usually engrossed in her own little world, Violet is completely unaware of Ocher's affections for her, misguided as they may be sometimes.  Her occasional absent-mindedness may, at times, come across as flirtation, but this is pretty far from the truth.  A studious dragoness, Violet yearns to better herself and "get out of this little mudhole town".  Aside from the magical world which must be in her head, no one knows where she plans to flee to.
  Viper
Calm, cool and collected.  These words are often used to describe Viper, the coolest of the cool cats of Poinsettia.  Sporting his trademark zoot suits, this alligator is the owner of the town's number one hot-spot nightclub.  He can often be seen in the company of many of the town cuties, and occasionally, some of the girls from Melody's may be seen at his club, dancing or entertaining.  Suave and sophisticated, he nevertheless keeps his ego in check at all times.
  Worthington III
No one is really sure of where Worthington the third is from, nor does anyone know his actual age.  Some townsfolk think he's one of the rarest of creatures, a mythical unicorn.   His friends simply think he's a goat with a really weird horn in the center of his head.  Regardless of his origin, Worthington III is the town's treasurer, and quite possibly the wealthiest citizen of Brae Falls.  He is often snobbish and rude, and has been rumored to be gay.  After all, when was the last time anyone ever saw a female unicorn?
An occasional visitor, this individual tends to cause quite a ruckus whenever they stop by.  It should also be noted this individual possesses a very dangerous shadow, but in the small town of Poinsettia, the lack of any real danger usually keeps everyone in good spirits, spooky shadows included.
